WolverineCat

Hem. Well, this was a quickie that I painted for a makeup challenge on a Cats fansite which concentrates on costuming and makeup. The challenge was to either take a superhero and paint them as a Jellicle Cat, or take a Jellicle cat and create them a unique superhero look.

I had just seen X2 and thought that Hugh Jackman's Wolverine was such an obvious choise. He even has the hair that kinda looks like one of the rolled-ear wigs, only fluffier.

Excuse the quality, my camera was visiting someone else and I had to resort to my webcam. The 'claws' were an impromptu addition. :3 Appropriately makeshift for a Jellicle I should think, and fits right in with what they did in Gumbie Cat and The Battle of Pekes and Pollicles.

Grimas water-based face paints in white, brown and black, a sponge and two brushes. Application took about half an hour, maybe 40 minutes with the tea break. What is it about my face that lends itself so well to male designs, and should I be worried? xD
